Hello- 2003 Grand Cherokee with 4.0- automatic. Looked at the pins in the connector- seem fine. Tried 2 separate scanners, same result. Scanners get power, but will not link. Have now unhooked the battery per previous recommendation- we will see if that re-sets it.
